Gah! This is the first week where nothing has changed....waiting is hard.
Tuesday's Update:
Construction is still waiting on the city to complete their inspection on the back fill. They are planning to commence framing within the week; however, if it continues to keep raining it might be early next week before they start.
Trip to See a Mortgage BrokerI've talked on and off a lot about our plans to buy a house eventually. We are currently so torn between buying my Great Aunts home (whenever she's ready - at an as of yet undetermined time) and buying a new c…Read More

It's SO hard to wait, isn't it? When we were thinking of moving from our last place, we considered building a house. In the end, I thought the waiting would have been too much, and aside from that, I was terrified that we'd have to move out of our home before the new house was completed, which would mean we'd have had to find temporary accommodations, while tending to a 5y, 3y, and 14 month old. I just couldn't imagine it... so we ended up buying a new house that had been built but had not yet been sold. It was a good compromise considering our situation at the time. ~ Makky's Mom
