  2. that's built into our mastercard line. $900 is for variable spending and the rest is to bring the blanche down :)

  3. That's a freudian slip - blanch (go pale) instead of balance. I would completely pay off one card rather than maintain a balance on both, to minimize interest paid. :)

  5. @anon - we dont consider our roommates portion of rent and utilities as income. We split everything three ways :). As we don't own the place I dint think taxes apply to us.
