We Adopted a Dog!

meet aries

Jordan and I have wanted a dog for a very long time, we have finally found the right one for us.  One of my cousins friends was going  to take her to the pound, and we didn't want to see her put down - so we took her instead.  We met her when she was just a pup this past summer, and at only 8 months old - she's already so big!

  2. She is a cutie! My boyfriend and I really want a dog but unfortunately that part of our lives probably won't happen for several more years. So in the mean time I will just awww over other people's doggies. Congratulations on your new 4-legged family member. :)

  4. That is a great thing you did, saving her from being put down! She is lovely, and I'm sure will bring you both much joy and happiness. There is nothing better than the unconditional love and loyalty of a dog.

  5. I love rescue dogs. We've had 5 dogs in the last 17yrs, all but one were for the SPCA. A couple of them had "issues" but with a lot of patience and training they turned into great pets. If I could give you any advice, it would be to make sure you get some obedience training with your new family member. All but one of my dogs were large breed and when they're well mannered they're welcomed pretty well everywhere.
